 MAM's exhibition program is a broad landscape that serves and represents diverse audiences and creative interests.
Each year, 20 to 25 solo and group exhibitions rotate through six state-of-the-art galleries. MAM organizes and rents exhibits, develops programs through community partnerships, and welcomes the opportunity to review exhibition proposals.
MAM does not accept commissions on the sale of artwork but in support of artists, will put collectors in touch with artists or artists' representatives.

Photographs, etchings, paintings, and sculpture question both the romance and realism found in images of the West, especially the idealized Cowboy. The exhibit is organized and presented in partnership with the University of Montana Department of Art. Artists included are Charles J.
