Summer Camp: You Bring The Style

Ages 6–9

Inspired by the exhibition Marcus Amerman: Indian Country, campers will create their own beaded and sewn burlap carryalls made from coffee roasting sacks, found objects, beads, and colorful yarn. Campers will explore the beauty and utility of beaded or woven collection bags to create their contemporary take on a traditional trade item, the beaded bag.
