Saturday Free Family Workshops - Holidays On Higgins Luminaries

Join teaching artist Jennifer Ogden for a fun family workshop. Gather your loved ones, roll up your sleeves, and prepare to carry your creative light! Create translucent paper and cane luminaries which can be hung from sticks to carry in downtown Missoula during the Holidays on Higgins celebration of light.

Jennifer Ogden works with collage and mixed media and is a perennial summer teaching artist at MAM. She teaches K-12 art at Victor Public School in the Bitterroot Valley, and for SPARK! Arts Ignite Learning at Missoula County Public Schools. Jennifer previously taught for the Missoula Family YMCA, Evergreen Kids Corner, Bitterroot Public Library, the Bemis School of Art, and most recently for Flagship, Open AIR, and HEARTism Community Center. She holds an MA in Integrated Arts and Education through the Creative Pulse at the University of Montana.
