MAM invites educators to a workshop about Contemporary Native American Art and the resources available at MAM. By examining Marcus Amerman: Indian Country, participants learn about themes of transformation, place, and landscape. Marcus is a Choctaw artist who is most well-known for his beadwork but also works in multiple mediums including collage, glass, and mixed media.
This workshop will be offered in the classroom at the Missoula Art Museum and offers 1 PIR credit from the Office of Public Instruction. Learn more about educator workshops by clicking here.
